2. Staff will conduct an self-assesment of their team role preferences. 3. Staff will introduce each other in an informal and funny way that will begin to establish trust. |

1. Group Discussions on organisational Values and how to live them .
2. Staff sharing expectations for the organisation and their roles and clarify roles and responsibilities. 3. Exercise to highlight the value of innovation and sharing ideas . |
